Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
Domestic Shipping (USA):
• USPS Ground Advantage: 2-3 business days | Free (orders over $55), $3-5 (standard)
• USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 business days | $6-10
• USPS Priority Mail Express: Overnight | $18-25
• UPS Ground: 3-5 business days | $8-12
International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail or DHL depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Address
We only ship to verified addresses provided at checkout. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses for certain carriers. Please verify your address is correct before completing your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours with proof. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund.
For damaged packages, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders over $35 (USPS Ground Advantage only) within the continental United States.
Customs and International Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by their country's customs service.
